All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 working days.

Delivery across India usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your PIN code.

You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most serviceable PIN codes in India.

COD orders are accepted for orders up to ₹1500.

A small COD handling fee of ₹40 applies.

To reduce fake orders, we may contact you via call/WhatsApp to confirm your COD order before dispatch.

Customers refusing COD delivery may not be eligible for COD on future purchases.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. Here’s how we handle returns:

✅ If your product is defective, damaged, or misprinted:

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Size exchanges accepted (customer pays return shipping)

Please share unboxing video / clear photos as proof when raising the request.

Once approved, we’ll replace the item at no extra cost.

⚠️ If you ordered the wrong size or color (non-defective case):

We do not offer free exchanges. You may place a new order with the correct size/color.

Please check our size chart carefully before placing an order.

❌ We do not accept returns for reasons like “change of mind” after delivery.
